Sales Coordinator

This is an internally facing position, perfect for someone with strong analytical and decision-making skills who has a strong sense of customer service and high teamwork drive.

A Typical Day
You will be responsible for processing orders and revisions, purchasing materials, organizing freight, posting invoices, and generally supporting the sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations. From liaising with and coordinating across all areas of the company, building positive relationships with vendors, and keeping up to date with industry best practices, your day is always filled with variety.

Requirements
- High school diploma/equivalent
- Administrative, Inside Sales, or related experience (2+ years)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- High mathematical and spatial reasoning skills
- Proven professional written & verbal communication skills (English) in a corporate environment
- Ability to accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously with speed and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated attention to detail
Expected Annual Salary: $55k-$65k (salary will commensurate with experience)
